We are guaranteed for our tubers.

Wrong / Damage tuber? Yes, we will either refund the amount of your tuber(s) (not shipping cost) or ship a new one.

We don’t test our tubers in any lab at the moment because thousands of tubers will cost a lot of money to do that. Dahlia growers don’t want to see any gall on their dahlias due to gall can lead to many problems in the long term. We sanitize our tools between dividing to prevent the virus or bacteria from spreading. We cull any dahlia that is suspicious and has any sign that we are aware of right away from the farm.

Storage Failure:

Customers will get a refund if we have storage failure over the winter on certain variety. We are sorry if this happen. We will email to let you know and issue the refund when we fill your order in the spring.

Customers’ Responsibility:

Please check your package when you receive it. If the package is missing any tuber or (bad, damage, broken) tubers, please reach out to us. We will work this out. Customer should notify this issue within 7 days of receiving the package. Please email us: vangiesfarm@gmail.com, for any concern or question you may have and we will reply your email within 48 hours.

Please be honest and don’t take advantage of us because many growers don’t offer this “guaranteed.” We are also a customer to many growers, and know how it feels when we received bad tubers and they avoided us when we contacted them. We want everyone to be happy and satisfy what they are buying.
